Providing 10kWh of power The Orb portable battery was specifically designed for film, TV and event productions looking for an environmentally friendly generator alternative.
Made from second life electric car batteries, when charged with renewable electricity, the Orb is an extremely low carbon option for power on set.

With an integrated heating and cooling system, the Orb portable battery has a 10kW pure sine wave inverter, single phase 230V @ 32Amps AC output, 1 x 240VAC 32 Amp inlet for AC charging, with a 95% recharge time of 1.5 hrs at 32Amps. Designed with tough locations in mind, it can operate within a temperature range of-5°C to 50°C.With robust wheels and a sprung handle the Orb is perfect on location, making easy work of getting across rugged terrain. With 32 amp, 16 amp, 13 amp and USB outlets this battery power pack is designed with production’s varied power requirements in mind.
