While our standard hours are between 7am – 8pm, we can deliver anytime to you day or night.
Absolutely! Our warehouse is open from 8:30am – 5:30pm on weekdays for pick ups and returns.
For the standard set up in the kitchen it uses just under 5kW of power. We do hire out generators that can supply this power for you as well. In the Bespoke Kitchen or a different setup, the power requirements depend on how many electrical items you will be using. One of the Booking team can create a breakdown of the power needed in this case.
The majority of our items are on a weekly rate except for a select few.

Once a job has been confirmed there is a 25% cancellation fee if it is cancelled in under 24 hours before the delivery. For confirmed Mobile Kitchen and Man & Van jobs, cancelled in under 24 hours there is a 100% cancellation fee.
Ideally we would need confirmation by 3pm the working day before the hire. This ensures that we have enough time to load your kit and check we have availability for your delivery time.
Yes we can! If you have an urgent order please give us a call so we can arrange something for you.
Yes we do! This will need to be organised during office hours – weekdays from 8am – 6pm
Our Warehouse is not open to couriers over the weekend so we are unable to accept returns then.
Yes, we can store chilled, frozen and ambient products ahead of your shoot. Do get in touch so we can discuss specific requirements.
Yes, just let our Booking team know your bespoke requirements and we will arrange that for you.
Yes we can supply one of our drivers in a Luton for your shoot.
If you want to go green we have our Voltstack generators in either 2kW or 5kW that you can have a look at here. We also do petrol generators in the same sizes. For smaller items we also have a Battery Powerbank.
